This 1930s bungalow on the Florida panhandle was transformed from a 2-bed, 1-bath home into a 3-bed, 2-bath oasis, all within its original footprint. We reconfigured the layout to maximize functionality and enhance flow, moving the kitchen to the former second bedroom to take full advantage of the stunning morning light. A new primary bath was added to the front bedroom, while the other two bedrooms were relocated to the rear of the house. The original bathroom was carefully restored, maintaining its vintage charm as a nod to the vibrant bachelorette who once called this home.
