This project involved a full remodel of a Huntington Beach condo, where our client was ready to downsize into her retirement nest after 30 years of renting it out. We updated absolutely everything, from new hardwood flooring to custom cabinets and all-new finishes throughout. With a desire for a traditional look infused with coastal flair, she opted for a stunning taupe base for her cabinets, complemented by a Spanish-style backsplash that adds character. With only one bathroom, we aimed to create a statement space that welcomes guests while remaining relaxing for everyday use. A beautiful marble mosaic became the centerpiece, along with thoughtful touches like grab bars and strategically placed benches to accomodate mobility issues. We also furnished and styled key areas to ensure she could warmly welcome family into her newly completed home.
